Common use of Borrower’s Certification Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Certification. The Borrower shall have delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Facility Agent an Officer’s Certificate (which may be included as part of the Advance Request or Reinvestment Request) dated the date of such requested Advance or Reinvestment certifying that the conditions described in Sections 6.2(a) through (j) have been satisfied;

Borrower’s Certification. The Borrower shall have delivered to the Collateral Agent and the Facility Administrative Agent an Officer’s Certificate (which may be included as part of the Advance Request or Reinvestment Request) dated the date of such requested Advance or Reinvestment certifying that the conditions described in Sections 6.2(a) through (j) have been satisfied;
