Common use of Borrower’s Counsel Opinion Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Counsel Opinion. The Borrower shall furnish to the Lenders an opinion of counsel for the Borrower, the Guarantor and the Special Purpose Entities in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Lenders.
