Common use of Borrower's Covenant Compliance Certificate Clause in Contracts

Borrower's Covenant Compliance Certificate. No later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar quarter, a duly completed compliance certificate certified as true and correct by Borrower, containing a computation and a confirmation of on-going compliance with the Debt Service Coverage Ratio covenant as set forth in Section 5.15 herein and stating that Borrower has not become aware of any Event of Default that has occurred and is continuing or, if there is any such Event of Default, describing it and the steps, if any being taken to cure it.
