Auto Sales and Leasing) 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxx 00000 The office where Borrower keeps its records concerning its Accounts, General Intangibles, contract rights and other property, and the Borrower's chief executive office is located at: Virtu Company 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx 00000 All Inventory presently owned by Borrower is or will be stored at the two (2) locations described immediately above. Borrower will promptly notify Lender in writing of any change in the location of any place of business or the location of any Inventory or the establishment of any new place of business or location of Inventory or chief executive office or office where its aforesaid records are kept which would be shown in this Agreement if it were executed after such change. Borrower further warrants that its full name is as set forth above and that it does not do business under any tradename other than Virtu, Inc. and OurPets Company. Except as set forth below, Borrower did not at any time during the immediately preceding five years have any name other than its current name or do business under any tradename other than as set forth above. Borrower's prior name(s) or tradename(s) during the immediately preceding five years were as follows: Virtu, Inc. Borrower will give Lender prompt written notice upon Borrower changing its name or doing business under any tradename(s) other than those currently used by it and set forth above.
