Common use of BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

BORROWER'S NEGATIVE COVENANTS. Until all obligations of Borrower under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are paid in full and performed, Borrower covenants and agrees that it shall not, unless the Lender otherwise consents in advance in writing:
