Borrower’s Obligations Cumulative. Every obligation, covenant, condition, provision, warranty, agreement, liability, and undertaking of Borrower contained in the Loan Documents shall be deemed cumulative and not in derogation or substitution of any of the other obligations, covenants, conditions, provisions, warranties, agreements, liabilities, or undertakings of Borrower contained herein or therein.
