Common use of Borrower's Partial Payment Clause in Contracts

Borrower's Partial Payment. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, the Servicer may not accept an amount in payment from a Borrower which is less than the amount required for full reinstatement pursuant to Section 13.5.1 hereof toward reinstatement of a Mortgage Loan during the foreclosure process without the prior written approval from, if applicable, the respective Primary Mortgage Insurer and/or the respective Pool Insurer.
