Borrower’s Report on Insurance. Upon request of Beneficiary, however not more than once a year, Borrower shall furnish to Beneficiary a report on each existing policy of insurance showing: (a) the name of the insurer; (b) the risks insured; (c) the amount of the policy; (d) the property insured, the then current replacement value of such property, and the manner of determining that value; and (e) the expiration date of the policy. Borrower shall, upon request of Beneficiary, have an independent appraiser satisfactory to Beneficiary determine the cash value replacement cost of the Property.

  • Insurance Report As soon as practicable and in any event by the last day of each Fiscal Year, a report in form and substance satisfactory to Administrative Agent outlining all material insurance coverage maintained as of the date of such report by Holdings and its Subsidiaries and all material insurance coverage planned to be maintained by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year;

  • Requirements of Insurance All such insurance shall (i) provide that no cancellation, material reduction in amount or material change in coverage thereof shall be effective until at least 10 days (or, to the extent reasonably available, 30 days) after receipt by the Collateral Agent of written notice thereof (the Borrower shall deliver a copy of the policy (and to the extent any such policy is cancelled or renewed, a renewal or replacement policy) or other evidence thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or insurance certificate with respect thereto) and (ii) name the Collateral Agent as loss payee (in the case of property insurance) or additional insured on behalf of the Secured Parties (in the case of liability insurance) (it being understood that, absent an Event of Default, any proceeds of any such property insurance shall be delivered by the insurer(s) to the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries and applied in accordance with this Agreement), as applicable.

  • Form of insurance The form of the insurance shall be approved by the Director and the City Attorney; such approval (or lack thereof) shall never: (i) excuse non-compliance with the terms of this Section; or (ii) waive or estop the City from asserting its rights to terminate this Agreement. The policy issuer shall: (i) have a Certificate of Authority to transact insurance business in Texas; or (ii) be an eligible non-admitted insurer in the State of Texas and have a Best’s rating of at least B+, and a Best’s Financial Size Category of Class VI or better, according to the most current Best’s Key Rating Guide.

  • Insurance Reports Furnish to Lender, upon request of Lender, reports on each existing insurance policy showing such information as Lender may reasonably request, including without limitation the following: (1) the name of the insurer; (2) the risks insured; (3) the amount of the policy; (4) the properties insured; (5) the then current property values on the basis of which insurance has been obtained, and the manner of determining those values; and (6) the expiration date of the policy. In addition, upon request of Lender (however not more often than annually), Borrower will have an independent appraiser satisfactory to Lender determine, as applicable, the actual cash value or replacement cost of any Collateral. The cost of such appraisal shall be paid by Borrower.

  • Waiver of Inventory, Accounting and Appraisal Requirement The Trustee shall be relieved of, and each Certificateholder hereby waives, any requirement of any jurisdiction in which the Trust, or any part thereof, may be located that the Trustee file any inventory, accounting or appraisal of the Trust with any court, agency or body at any time or in any manner whatsoever.

  • Policies of Insurance At City’s request, the Artist shall provide City with the actual policies providing the coverage required above.

  • Review of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall be entitled to review the requirements of this Clause 13 from time to time in order to take account of any changes in circumstances after the date of this Agreement which are, in the opinion of the Majority Lenders, significant and capable of affecting the Owners or the Ships and their insurance (including, without limitation, changes in the availability or the cost of insurance coverage or the risks to which the Owners may be subject), and may appoint insurance consultants in relation to this review at the cost of the Borrower.

  • Xxxx Xxxxx Insurance (a) If an Employee is in receipt of an Incolink benefit and suffers a disability for a period of more than 14 days, they will have access to a benefit under a policy procured by Incolink to reimburse domestic bills which the worker receives and pays during their disablement. (b) This policy will reimburse up to $300 per bill up to a maximum of $6,000 for all bills for any one period of disablement. (c) The Employer will pay a contribution on behalf of each Employee of $1.50 per week per Employee in accordance with the relevant Incolink trust deed or other governing documents.

  • Modification of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall notify the Borrower of any proposed modification under Clause 13.18 to the requirements of this Clause 13 which the Majority Lenders consider appropriate in the circumstances, and such modification shall take effect on and from the date it is notified in writing to the Borrower as an amendment to this Clause 13 and shall bind the Borrower accordingly.
