Common use of Borrower’s Subsidiaries Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Subsidiaries. The Borrower does not have any Subsidiary or own any stock in any other corporation or association except those listed in the Disclosure Schedule or disclosed to the Administrative Agent in writing. Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is a member of any general or limited partnership, limited liability company, joint venture or association of any type whatsoever except those listed in the Disclosure Schedule or disclosed to the Administrative Agent in writing. The Borrower owns, directly or indirectly, the equity membership or partnership interest in each of its Subsidiaries which is indicated in the Disclosure Schedule or as disclosed to the Administrative Agent in writing.
