Borrower’s Subsidiaries. Borrower has no Subsidiary and owns no stock in any other corporation or association except as listed in the Disclosure Schedule or disclosed after the Closing Date to Administrative Agent in writing. No Restricted Person is a member of any general or limited partnership, limited liability company, joint venture or association of any type whatsoever except those listed in the Disclosure Schedule or disclosed after the Closing Date to Administrative Agent in writing. Borrower owns, directly or indirectly, the equity interest in each of its Subsidiaries which is indicated in the Disclosure Schedule except as disclosed after the Closing Date to Administrative Agent.
