Common use of Borrower’s Title Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Title. Except for the security interests granted hereunder, Borrower is, as to all Collateral presently owned by it, and shall be as to all Collateral hereafter acquired by it, the owner or in the case of leased or licensed assets, the lessee or licensee, of said Collateral free from any Lien other than Permitted Liens.
