Borrower's Waiver of Certain Rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Borrower agrees that Borrower will not at any time insist upon, plead, claim or take the benefit or advantage of any present or future law providing for any appraisement, valuation, stay, extension or redemption, homestead, moratorium, reinstatement, marshalling or forbearance, and Borrower, for Borrower, Borrower’s heirs, devisees, representatives, successors and assigns, and for any and all persons ever claiming any interest in the Mortgaged Property, to the fullest extent permitted by law, waives and releases all rights of redemption, valuation, appraisement, stay of execution, reinstatement (including all rights under O.C.G.A. Section 44-14-85), notice of intention to mature or declare due the whole of the Indebtedness, and all rights to a marshalling of assets of Borrower, including the Mortgaged Property.
