Common use of Borrower’s Waivers Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s Waivers. The Borrower waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest and all other demands and notices in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance, default or enforcement of this Note.

Borrower’s Waivers. The Borrower hereby waives presentmentpresentment for payment, demand, protest, notice of protest and notice of dishonor, protest and all other demands and notices in connection with of any kind whatsoever to which it may be entitled under Applicable Law or otherwise, except for notices to which the delivery, acceptance, performance, default or enforcement of Borrower is expressly entitled under this Note.
