Borrowing and securities lending. We may borrow up to 10% of the market value of the unit trust portfolio if the unit trust portfolio does not have enough cash to carry out its duties to investors or if its assets cannot be released to make withdrawal payments to investors. We may also lend out the underlying assets of the unit trust portfolio.
