Common use of Borrowing Base Matters Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Base Matters. The calculation by the Borrowers of the Borrowing Base in each Borrowing Base Certificate delivered hereunder is complete and accurate in all material respects as of the time such calculation was made. The Administrative Agent may rely, in determining which Accounts are Eligible Accounts, and which Inventory is Eligible Inventory, on all statements and representations by the Borrowers and their respective Subsidiaries with respect thereto, as contained in the Borrowing Base Certificate, and in any other Loan Document.
