Borrowing Date Certification. The Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate, dated the relevant Drawdown Date and signed by the chief financial officer or the treasurer of the Borrower, confirming the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this §11B. Each request for a Loan for the purposes contemplated by this §11B shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that the conditions set forth in this §11B shall have been satisfied on the date of the relevant Loan Request and the relevant Drawdown Date.
