Common use of Borrowing Entity Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Entity. There have been no changes in the formation documents of any Borrower since the inception of the Loan that would violate any restrictions set forth in the Loan Documents.

Borrowing Entity. There have been no changes in the organization, composition, ownership structure or formation documents of any Borrower since the inception of the Loan (or the joinder by such Borrower into the Credit Agreement, as applicable) that would violate any restrictions set forth in the Loan Documents.
