Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice with respect to the Loans to be made on the Closing Date.
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a timely Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.02(a).

The Borrower shall deliver to the Agent and the Swing Line Lender irrevocable notice (a “Swing Line Borrowing Notice”) not later than 2:00 p.m. (Chicago time) on the Borrowing Date of each Swing Line Loan, specifying (i) the applicable Borrowing Date (which date shall be a Business Day), and (ii) the aggregate amount of the requested Swing Line Loan which shall be an amount not less than $100,000. The Swing Line Loans shall bear interest at the Floating Rate or such other rate per annum as shall be agreed to by the Swing Line Lender and the Borrower.

The Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Lender irrevocable notice (a “Swing Line Borrowing Notice”) not later than noon (Minneapolis time) on the Borrowing Date of each Swing Line Loan specifying (i) the applicable Borrowing Date (which shall be a Business Day) and (ii) the aggregate amount of the requested Swing Line Loan, which shall not be less than $250,000.
Borrowing Notice. In order to borrow a Swing Line Loan, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Swing Line Bank an irrevocable Borrowing Notice (a “Swing Line Borrowing Notice”) not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York time) on the date of Borrowing of such Swing Line Loan, specifying (i) the applicable date of Borrowing (which date shall be a Business Day), and (ii) the aggregate amount of the requested Swing Line Loan which shall be an amount not less than $100,000.
Borrowing Notice. Prior to the making of the Initial Term Loan on the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.03.

Each Borrowing Notice submitted by the Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower as of the date thereof that the conditions contained in this Section 5.2 have been satisfied.

On each Funding Date, on each reduction of Advances Outstanding pursuant to Section 2.4(b) and on each reinvestment of Principal Collections pursuant to Section 2.9(b), the Seller (and the Servicer on its behalf) will provide a Borrowing Notice, updated as of such date, to the Administrative Agent and each Purchaser Agent (with a copy to the Collateral Custodian).
Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice or Letter of Credit Request pursuant to Section 2.4 or Section 3.2, as the case may be.
