Common use of Borrowing Notice Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Notice. With respect to the initial Extensions of Credit, the Administrative Agent shall have received a notice of such Borrowing as required by Subsection 2.3. The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.

Borrowing Notice. With respect to the initial Extensions of Credit, the Administrative Agent shall have received a notice of such Borrowing as required by Subsection 2.3 (or such notice shall have been deemed given in accordance with Subsection 2.3). The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.

The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 subsection 5.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.

The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed 2.3 (and, Subsection 2.4, with respect to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such PersonInitial Revolving Loans (if any)).

The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.

The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.

The making of the initial Extensions of Credit by the Lenders hereunder shall (except as explicitly set forth in the proviso to Subsection 6.1(a) and as set forth in Subsections 6.1(h) and (t)) conclusively be deemed to constitute an acknowledgement by the Administrative Agent and each Lender that each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Subsection 6.1 shall have been satisfied in accordance with its respective terms or shall have been irrevocably waived by such Person.
