Borrowing Notices, Interest Rates and Payments of Interest. (a) Loans made hereunder may be either Eurodollar Loans, Floating Rate Loans, or a combination thereof; provided, Eurodollar Loans shall be in the minimum amount of $100,000.00 and shall be in an integral multiple of $100,000.00.
