Borrowing of Money; Working Capital. Until the Release Time, neither the Parent nor the Merger-Sub shall incur indebtedness for borrowed money except as set forth on Schedule 3.02(b)(iv). Until the Release Time, neither the Parent nor the Merger-Sub shall guarantee the borrowing of money by any third party, enter into or modify any capital or operating lease or enter into any agreement.
