Borrowing Policy. Approve the Borrowing Policy proposed by the Manager and any amendment to such Borrowing Policy; provided, that the Holders Meeting shall meet and, if applicable, approve any contracting or assumption of Indebtedness that is not consistent with the Borrowing Policy.
