Common use of BORROWING RCI POINTS Clause in Contracts

BORROWING RCI POINTS. The Member may borrow RCI Points from the next Use Year so long as that Use Year is within the term of the Member’s Network Participation Agreement and the Member’s Network Dues have been paid in full through the end of such Use Year. The Network Administrator may, in its sole discretion, without advance notice, terminate, suspend, or limit the ability to borrow and use borrowed RCI Points.

BORROWING RCI POINTS. The A Member may borrow RCI Points from the next succeeding Use Year so long as that Use Year is within the term of the Member’s Network Participation Agreement Agreement. The borrowing of RCI Points and the Member’s Network Dues have been paid in full through use of borrowed RCI Points may be suspended or otherwise limited by the end of such Use Year.
