Borrowing Request, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request. Each of the delivery of any such Borrowing Request and the acceptance by the Borrower of the proceeds or other benefits of any Loan shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower that on the date of such request for a Loan, and immediately before and after giving effect to the application of any proceeds of any Loans requested thereby, all statements set forth in Section 4.2.1 are true and correct in all material respects.
Borrowing Request, etc. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request (including a Borrowing Base Certificate) for such Ongoing Maintenance Advance (which may be an electronic or facsimile transmission).
