Borrowing Request; Request Notice. The Co-Administrative Agents shall have received (i) a Borrowing Request with respect to the Initial Term Loans in accordance with Section 2.03(a) and (ii) a Request Notice with respect to the Initial Notes in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) and Section 2.03.
