Common use of Borrowings and Loans Clause in Contracts

Borrowings and Loans. If the Member shall lend any monies to BOX Options, the amount of any such loan shall not constitute an increase in the amount of the Member’s capital contribution unless specifically agreed to by the Board of Directors and the Member. The terms of such loans and the interest rate(s) thereon shall be commercially reasonable terms and rates, as determined by the Board in accordance with Article 4.
