Common use of Borrowings, Conversions and Continuations of Committed Loans Clause in Contracts

Borrowings, Conversions and Continuations of Committed Loans. (a) Borrowers may irrevocably request a Borrowing, Conversion or Continuation of Committed Loans in a Minimum Amount therefor by delivering a duly completed Request for Extension of Credit therefor by Requisite Notice to Administrative Agent not later than the Requisite Time therefor. All Borrowings, Conversions or Continuations shall constitute Base Rate Loans unless properly and timely otherwise designated as set forth in the preceding sentence.

(a) Borrowers Borrower may irrevocably request a Borrowing, Conversion or Continuation of Committed Loans in a Minimum Amount therefor therefor, and may request that such Committed Loans be Offshore Rate Loans or Base Rate Loans, by delivering a duly completed Request for Extension of Credit therefor by Requisite Notice to Administrative Agent not later than the Requisite Time therefor. All Borrowings, Conversions or and Continuations shall constitute Base Rate Loans unless properly and timely otherwise designated as set forth in the preceding sentence.

All Borrowings, Conversions or and Continuations of Committed Loans shall constitute Base Rate Loans unless properly and timely otherwise designated as set forth in the preceding prior sentence.
