Common use of Borrowings of Syndicated Loans Clause in Contracts

Borrowings of Syndicated Loans. The relevant Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent notice of each borrowing hereunder as provided in Section 4.05 hereof. Not later than 1:00 p.m. New York time on the date specified for each borrowing of Syndicated Loans hereunder, each Bank shall make available the amount of the Syndicated Loan or Loans to be made by it on such date to an account of the Administrative Agent most recently designated by it for such purposes by notice to the Banks, in immediately available funds, for account of the relevant Borrower. The amount so received by the Administrative Agent shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be made available to the relevant Borrower by depositing the same, in immediately available funds, in an account of such Borrower maintained with the Person serving as the Administrative Agent at the Principal Office designated by such Borrower.

Not later than 1:00 p.m. New York time Local Time on the date specified for each borrowing of Syndicated Loans hereunderLoans, each Bank Lender shall make available the amount of the Syndicated Loan or Loans to be made by it on such date to an account of the Administrative Agent most recently designated by it Agent, at the Administrative Agent’s Account for the Currency in which such purposes by notice to the BanksLoan is denominated, in immediately available funds, for account of the relevant applicable Borrower. The amount so received by the Administrative Agent shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be made available to the relevant applicable Borrower by depositing the same, in immediately available funds, in an account of such the applicable Borrower maintained with the Person serving as the Administrative Agent at the Principal Office designated by such the applicable Borrower.

Not later than 1:00 p.m. New York time Local Time on the date specified for each borrowing of Syndicated Loans of a Class hereunder, each applicable Bank shall make available the amount of the Syndicated Loan or Loans of such Class to be made by it on such date to an account of the Administrative Agent most recently designated by it for such purposes by notice to the BanksAgent's Account, in immediately available fundsfunds and in the relevant Currency, for account of the relevant applicable Borrower. The amount so received by the Administrative Agent shall, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, be made available to the relevant applicable Borrower by depositing the same, in immediately available funds, in an account of such Borrower designated by it and maintained with JPMCB or otherwise by remitting the Person serving as the Administrative Agent at the Principal Office designated by same to any other account of such BorrowerBorrower in accordance with its instructions.
