The "Boston time" clause establishes that all time-related obligations or deadlines in the contract are governed by the local time in Boston, Massachusetts. This means that any references to dates and times for performance, notice, or delivery are interpreted according to Boston's time zone, regardless of where the parties are located. Boston time. All references in the Agreement to "Boston time" shall be amended and restated to mean "Nashville, Tennessee time."
