You agree to be bound by all terms and conditions (“Other Terms and Conditions”) governing the use of such facilities, benefits or services, which may from time to time be made available to you by us in connection with your card account, as the same may be amended or varied and notified to you from time to time. If there is any conflict between this agreement and the Other Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the Telephone Banking Service Terms and Conditions), then subject to clause 18.3 the former will prevail and apply and the latter will be deemed to be modified so far only as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this agreement. Unless otherwise provided by this agreement, nothing in this agreement will affect the validity and enforceability of our rights or remedies under the Other Terms and Conditions which will continue to apply.
