Bound by the Plan. By signing this Agreement, Participant acknowledges that he has received a copy of the Plan and has had an opportunity to review the Plan and agrees to be bound by all the terms and provisions of the Plan.
Bound by the Plan. The Plan is incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof. Grantee hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Plan and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions thereof.
