Common use of Bound Shares Clause in Contracts

Bound Shares. This Agreement shall bind all JV Securities currently owned, directly or indirectly, by the Parties, as well as JV Securities issued by the Company that are subscribed or purchased or in any other way acquired by any of the Parties, their successors or Permitted Transferees, during the term of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, stock dividends deriving from dividend distributions, splitting, reverse splitting, or any shares, quotas or securities received by the Parties in exchange to or substitution of their JV Securities, by virtue of or in connection with any merger or reorganization of the Company or otherwise.

Bound Shares. This Agreement shall bind all JV Securities currently owned, directly or indirectly, by the Parties, as well as JV Securities issued by the Company Downstream Co that are subscribed or purchased or in any other way acquired by any of the Parties, their successors or Permitted Transferees, during the term of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, stock dividends deriving from dividend distributions, splitting, reverse splitting, or any shares, quotas or securities received by the Parties in exchange to or substitution of their JV Securities, by virtue of or in connection with any merger or reorganization of the Company Downstream Co or otherwise..
