Boundary Lines; Conformance with Governmental Requirements and Restrictions. The exterior lines of the Improvements are, and at all times will be, within the boundary lines of the Land pertaining thereto (except as specifically disclosed on the survey(s) delivered to Agent), and Borrower has examined and is familiar with all applicable covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations, and with all applicable Governmental Requirements, including but not limited to building codes and zoning, environmental, hazardous substance, energy and pollution control laws, ordinances and regulations affecting each Property, and each Property will conform to and comply in all material respects with said covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and Governmental Requirements.
