Boycotting Israel. (Only applicable to contracts with companies with ten or more full-time employees) that are valued at $100,000 and above). If applicable: Pursuant to Sections 2271.001 and 2271.002 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that it does not boycott Israel and will not boycott Israel during the Contract Term.
Boycotting Israel. Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Provider certifies Provider (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Provider acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate. Criminal Background Check. Provider will submit to a Criminal Background Check (“Criminal Background Check”) as/if requested by UTSA, which may include verification of Provider’s address(es) and social security number. Provider agrees to provide information and complete documents as/if requested by UTSA for the purpose of a Criminal Background Check. Provider’s failure to timely submit the requested information or documents may result in UTSA’s termination of this Agreement without further notice to Provider. UTSA will bear the expense of the Criminal Background Check.
Boycotting Israel. Pursuant to Chapter 2270, Texas Government Code, Provider certifies Provider (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. Provider acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Boycotting Israel. Pursuant to Chapter 2271, Texas Government Code, SUBCONTRACTOR certifies it (1) does not currently boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the Term of this Agreement. SUBCONTRACTOR acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
Boycotting Israel. Contractor verifies that it does not boycott Israel and agrees that during the term of this Agreement it will not boycott Israel as that term is defined in Texas Government Code section 808.001, as amended.   • Boycott of Israel The Contractor certifies that it is not currently, nor will it engage in during the duration of this contract, a boycott of Israel as defined in the Official Code of Georgia (O.C.G.A. 50-5-85).

  • Prohibition on Contracts with Companies Boycotting Israel To the extent that Texas Government Code, Chapter 2271 applies to this Agreement, PROVIDER certifies that (a) it does not currently boycott Israel; and (b) it will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement. PROVIDER acknowledges this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if this certification is inaccurate.

  • INTERNATIONAL BOYCOTT PROHIBITION In accordance with Section 220-f of the Labor Law and Section 139-h of the State Finance Law, if this contract exceeds $5,000, the Contractor agrees, as a material condition of the contract, that neither the Contractor nor any substantially owned or affiliated person, firm, partnership or corporation has participated, is participating, or shall participate in an international boycott in violation of the federal Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 USC App. Sections 2401 et seq.) or regulations thereunder. If such Contractor, or any of the aforesaid affiliates of Contractor, is convicted or is otherwise found to have violated said laws or regulations upon the final determination of the United States Commerce Department or any other appropriate agency of the United States subsequent to the contract's execution, such contract, amendment or modification thereto shall be rendered forfeit and void. The Contractor shall so notify the State Comptroller within five (5) business days of such conviction, determination or disposition of appeal (2NYCRR 105.4).

  • Labour The Contractor shall, unless otherwise provided in the Contract, make his own arrangements for the engagement of all staff and labour, local or other, and for their payment, housing, feeding and transport. The Contractor shall, if required by the Engineer, deliver to the Engineer a return in detail, in such form and at such intervals as the Engineer may prescribe, showing the staff and the numbers of the several classes of labour from time to time employed by the Contractor on the Site and such other information as the Engineer may require.

  • CHINA The following provisions apply if you are subject to the exchange control regulations in China, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion:

  • No Boycott of Israel The Parties agree that they are not currently engaged in, and agree that for the duration of the Agreement they will not engage in, a boycott of Israel, as that term is defined in A.R.S. §35-393.
