BpiFAE Premium. (a) The Borrower shall exclusively bear the cost of the BpiFAE Premium. The Borrower shall pay the BpiFAE Premium to the Facility Agent (for the account of BpiFAE) with the proceeds of the disbursement of the Loan as specified in the Drawing Request.
