Brain Shuttle Development Candidate-R&D Plan. (a) Brain Shuttle Development Candidate-R&D Plan Costs. Roche will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Brain Shuttle Development Candidate-R&D Plan, including pre-clinical in vitro or in vivo efficacy studies costs, manufacturing costs, IND-Enabling Toxicology Study costs, chronic toxicology study costs, clinical trial costs (including OLE Trial costs), and all costs and expenses associated with the Isis R&D Activities and the Roche R&D Activities designated under the Brain Shuttle Development Candidate-R&D Plan.
