BRANCH REGISTERS. The Company may, subject to the provisions of the Companies Law or any other applicable law that may substitute such provisions, keep in every other country where those provisions shall apply, a register or registers of shareholders living in that other country as aforesaid, and to exercise any other powers referred to in the laws with respect to such branch registers.
