Branches and Offices. Except as set forth in Section 4.01(p) of the Company’s Disclosure Schedule, file any application or enter into any contract with respect to the opening, relocation or closing of, or open, relocate or close, any branch, office, service center or other facility.

Branches and Offices. The Company may establish branches or offices in the PRC upon the approval of the Board of Directors and registration by the local administration for industry and commerce where such branch or offices shall be located.
