BREACH AND DEFAULT PROVISIONS.
1. A Stipulated Penalty of up to $2,500 for each day VirtuOx fails to comply with Section III.A;

3. A Stipulated Penalty of up to $2,500 for each day VirtuOx fails to comply with Section III.C;
