Comply with means to satisfy the requirements of a stated provision.
Comply with means to act in accordance with or fulfil the requirements (Guide to FOIP, Ch. 3, p. 78).
Comply with includes “observe and perform”. “Parties” means the parties to this agreement and where the context permits, their successors in title.

  • Comply with all terms and conditions of all other agreements, whether now or hereafter existing, between Borrower and any other party and notify Lender immediately in writing of any default in connection with any other such agreements.

Comply with means to obey, fulfil and observe all positive and negative obligations;
Comply with. Section 103 except as set forth in Section 303 or 304. Global Securities shall be issued in registered form.

  • CSD Regulations means the CSD’s rules and regulations applicable to the Issuer, the Agent and the Notes from time to time.

  • Applicable Laws and Regulations means all duly promulgated applicable federal, State and local laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, decrees, judgments, directives, or judicial or administrative orders, permits and other duly authorized actions of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant parties, their respective facilities, and/or the respective services they provide.

  • Implement or “implementation” means the development or putting into place of a policy or procedure, including the appropriate training of all relevant personnel, and the consistent and verified performance of that policy or procedure in actual practice.
