Common use of Breach and Negligence Clause in Contracts

Breach and Negligence. The Contractor agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Department from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from or in any way related to the Contractor’s breach of this Section or the negligent acts or omissions of the Contractor related to this addendum.
