BREACH AND REMOVAL FROM THE IRS FREE FILE WEBSITE. 6.1 Removal from the IRS Free File Website. A Member’s listing may be removed from the IRS Free File Website, or a New Market Entrant may be refused permission to list its offering upon the IRS Free File Website, based upon the occurrence of any of the following: 6.1.1 The IRS and/or the Executive Director’s determination that a New Market Entrant does not meet the Level of Service and/or Standards of Practice of this MOU; 6.1.2 The IRS and/or the Executive Director’s determination that a Member has failed to provide Services in accordance with the Standards of Practice set forth in this MOU, and the Member has not taken necessary corrective actions, if any may be taken, in the timeframe allotted by the IRS’s and/or Executive Director’s written notice to the Member; 6.1.3 The IRS and/or the Executive Director’s receipt of notice that a Member has undergone an event of Bankruptcy; or 6.1.4 The IRS and/or the Executive Director’s receipt of written notice from a Member that the Member does not wish to be listed on the IRS Free File Website and/or continue in FFI
