Common use of Breach by deCODE Clause in Contracts

Breach by deCODE. If deCODE fails to meet any of its material obligations under this Agreement and shall fail to remedy these failures within sixty (60) days after receipt of written notice thereof, the Institutions shall have the option of terminating this Agreement upon their mutual agreement and upon written notice thereof; provided, however, that deCODE shall have the right to cure such default during such sixty (60) day period.
