Common use of Breach by Licensee Clause in Contracts

Breach by Licensee. a. The licensee shall have five (5) business days from its receipt of written notice by Producer and/or Producer’s authorized representative to cure any alleged breach of this Agreement by Licensee. Licensee’s failure to cure the alleged breach within five (5) business days shall result in Licensee’s default of its obligations, its breach of this Agreement, and at Producer's sole discretion, the termination of Licensee’s rights hereunder.

Breach by Licensee. a. 1. The licensee shall have five (5) business days from its receipt of written notice by Producer and/or Producer’s authorized representative to cure any alleged breach of this Agreement by Licensee. Licensee’s failure In the event that Licensee fails to cure correct the alleged breach violation within five (5) business days shall result days, Licensor may, in its sole discretion, terminate Licensee’s 's rights under this Agreement due to Licensee's default of its obligations, its breach of this Agreement, responsibilities and at Producer's sole discretion, the termination of Licensee’s rights hereunderbreach.

The licensee Upon receiving written notice from either Producer or Producer's authorized representative of any alleged breach of this Agreement, the Licensee shall have a period of five (5) business days from its receipt to remedy the breach. The failure of written notice by Producer and/or Producer’s authorized representative the Licensee to cure any alleged breach of this Agreement by Licensee. Licensee’s failure to cure the alleged such breach within five (5) business days the stated period shall result in Licensee’s a default of its obligations, its obligations and a breach of this Agreement, and at Producer's sole discretion. Moreover, the termination of Licensee’s Producer shall have the sole discretion to terminate the rights hereundergranted to the Licensee under this Agreement.
