Breach by member. 16.1 Should the member fail to fulfil any obligation to the client in terms of this agreement the client shall immediately inform the JSE of the details of such breach. 16.2 The provisions rules 11.10 and 11.30 or 11.40, as the case may be, may be invoked in the case of any breach by the member of its obligations under this agreement.
