Breach by OPRD. OPRD breaches this Contract if: A. OPRD fails to pay Contractor any amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract and fails to cure the failure to pay within 30 calendar days after Contractor delivers notice of breach to OPRD or a longer period as Contractor may specify in the notice; or B. OPRD commits any material breach of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, fails to perform its obligations hereunder within the time specified or any extension thereof, and OPRD fails to cure the breach within 30 calendar days after Contractor delivers notice of breach to OPRD or a longer period as Contractor may specify in the notice.
