Common use of Breach by Representatives Clause in Contracts

Breach by Representatives. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company shall advise its Subsidiaries and its and their respective Representatives of the prohibitions set out in this Article 5 and any violation of the restrictions set forth in this Article 5 by the Company, its Subsidiaries or its or their respective Representatives (with respect to the obligations of the Company set forth in this Article 5) is deemed to be a breach of this Article 5 by the Company.
