Breach Events. 13.1.1 The occurrence of any one or more of the following (after expiration in the case of any breach of the provisions of this Lease which is capable of being remedied (albeit late) of any period allowed for the remedying of the same as provided in clause 14) shall, at the sole option of Landlord, constitute a Breach Event under this Lease:
