Breach in Respect of Monetary Obligation. In the event that a Party is in material breach of this Agreement with respect to one of its financial obligations hereunder and has not cured such material breach within [**] after written notice describing the nature of such material breach is provided to the breaching Party, the non-breaching Party shall have the immediate right to elect its remedies for material breach set forth in Section 14.5.
