Breach of a Remedial Action Plan. 3.5.1. If the Provider breaches a Remedial Action Plan by failing to complete an action or meet a milestone within the agreed timescale or for any other reason and does not remedy the breach within 5 Business Days of its occurrence the Authority may issue a RAP Breach Notice to the Provider.
